Service providers willing to better manage the usage of their network can greatly benefit from this feature. Veraz Call Screening service enables service providers to screen calls of non-desired or delinquent accounts.

Service providers can download subscribers’ database including relevant details into the ControlSwitch – the Veraz softswitch and service delivery platform. This database serves as a source of information from which service providers can take action(s) upon certain calls originating or terminating within their networks. For instance, service providers can set a rule determining that if a call is unauthorized, the calling party can be routed to a standard pre-recorded message advising the caller that the call has been blocked based on predetermined criteria.
